LOVE is the gel that holds all life together , there is nothing that Love is not , it penetrates everyone and everything, it is what connects everyone and everything to each other in one cosmic in-and-out breath of Life.
As words, as linguistic tools to express emotional understanding , Love and Life are interchangeable.
"LIFE in the key of LOVE" has been written to inspire and uplift
us, and to help us remember and re-integrate who we truly are, beings of Infinite Love.
If you were to ask me "What is the secret of Life", to me , the secret of Life is LOVE.

You are now the Master of your manifestation
You are now the Master of your Reality, of your Universe.
When you are angry, jealous, annoyed, upset,
notice and recognise you are not in the flow of life.
Honour the feelings and emotions, thoughts and actions you just experienced and release them, acknowledging you now choose to step into the flow of your life, the river of peace, the ocean of love for the benefit of others and yourself.
Be grateful, for your anger gave you the opportunity to notice you were “out – of – synch”, out of the synchronicity that is the “flow” and this gave you the awareness to choose to act and be another way, in love with life.
Trust in life and life trusts in you.
Love Life , and life loves you back
Give love and life gives love back to you
Be love and eternal happiness is yours .
There are no excuses for anything.!
You change things or you don't.
Excuses rob you of your Power and induce apathy.
If, and I do believe, Life contains everything and everyone, and there is nothing that Life is not, then we are all Life and thus, we are everything and everyone, and there is nothing we are not, and nothing we cannot Do or Be!
