New Avenues of opportunities
We are meandering through a myriad of choices , each choice,
leading us down new paths of expression.
Each expression leads to new awareness, to a new level of
conciousness.
Each new level of conciousness leads us down new avenues of
opportunities and expansion, all leading us further into the Light.

Peace is in the gratitude I have for being aware of the beauty within and around me, and in the simple act of kindness bestowed to another.

In this moment, I respect the unity of Diversity, the
individualisation of love,of life, of creation, and in this peaceful
place within, I realise that it is the quality and intensity of
appreciation and gratitude that I have, that proportionately
intensifies the beauty that is outside of me and within, and I am
aware that in true reality , the me within and the me that looks out
at this beautiful life are one and the same, just different
perspectives or views of the one energy of Life, Spirit, God.

Points of View
“Seeing through the eyes of another to understand their point of view.
Really Listening to someone instead of pretending to, or only hearing what I want to hear.
Being the impartial witness to a five-sided argument, diplomatically negotiating, peace is the resolution.
Not taking offence to the judgements of others or buying into others beliefs when they are not my own.
I honour and respect their view but I know its not my own.
And my hope is they will honour and respect my beliefs, whether they are akin to theirs.
But even if they don't , I still Love them with all my heart.”

Ripples of Love
In this moment I feel ripples of love flow into me, in fact these
ripples of love flow into me , through me and out of me in one
concious, connected, in-and-out breath.
